Guidelines for Graduands:
- Visit LASU Payment Portal for the convocation package payment.
- Return academic gowns by Friday, 11 April 2025, to avoid a fine of ₦500 per day.
- Lost or damaged gowns will incur a replacement fee of ₦30,000.
- Certificates will be available after gown return.
Ceremony Instructions:
- Graduands must join the procession by 9:00 a.m. to gain entry to the auditorium.
- Ensure the hood and cap are properly worn with assistance from Faculty Officers.
- Female graduands should curtsy, while males bow without removing their caps.
Additional Notes:
- Unauthorized movement and photography are prohibited during the ceremony.
- Graduands and guests should rise as the procession enters and exits the auditorium.
- Complete faculty clearance to collect certificates before the convocation.
