The University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) is now accepting applications for supplementary admissions for the 2024/2025 academic session. This opportunity is for UTME candidates who selected UNN as their first choice institution and were not offered admission in the primary admission list but scored 160 and above in both the UTME and PUTME, with an average of at least 160.
Steps for Application:
- Visit the UNN Website: Go to www.unn.edu.ng or portal.unportal.edu.ng.
- Login with JAMB Registration Number: Use your JAMB registration number to generate and download a payment invoice that will include a Remita number.
- Pay Processing Fee: Take the payment invoice to any commercial bank to pay a ₦10,000 Advert/Shopping processing fee. Ensure that the correct Invoice Number is provided during payment. After payment, collect your confirmation slip containing the Confirmation number and Invoice number.
- Complete the Application: Return to the UNN website or portal and log in with your JAMB and Invoice numbers to complete the Advert/Shopping form online.
Important Dates:
- Application Opens: Monday, December 9, 2024.
- Application Closes: Monday, January 6, 2025.
Eligibility:
- Candidates must meet the minimum/departmental entry requirements for the course they are applying for.
- Candidates should have taken the correct UTME subjects for the course.
- Candidates admitted via this supplementary admission process will not be allowed to register for any other courses during the 2024/2025 academic session.
