Moshood Abiola Polytechnic (MAPOLY), Abeokuta, has announced that all students, including newly admitted ones, are required to complete their registration online as part of efforts to maintain a seamless academic calendar. This decision has been made in response to the growing need for efficient, contact-free registration processes, ensuring that students can proceed with their studies without delays.
Newly admitted students who have already paid their acceptance fees are encouraged to check their profiles on the institution’s portal to proceed with clearance and complete their entry registrations promptly. The move to online registration aims to eliminate the long queues that were once a common sight on campus during registration periods. This digital approach not only saves time but also reduces physical contact, aligning with current health and safety guidelines.
In line with the new registration system, the institution has also introduced a flexible payment structure for tuition fees. The Management has approved a 60:40 payment plan, which applies to both National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) students across full-time and part-time programs. The payment plan provides students with an opportunity to manage their finances more easily as they prepare for their academic journey.
However, all students are required to complete their payments by January 31, 2025. This deadline is crucial, as it aligns with the academic calendar, and any delay in payment could lead to disruptions in registration and access to academic resources. MAPOLY has also encouraged students to explore funding options through the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND). This initiative provides financial assistance for tuition payments and can be accessed through the official NELFUND website.
For any further clarification or assistance, students are advised to visit MAPOLY’s contact page. The management has assured that support will be available to guide students through the online registration process and payment procedures.
By adhering to the new online registration system and payment deadlines, students will ensure a smooth transition into the academic year, avoiding unnecessary delays and disruptions. As the deadline approaches, MAPOLY is committed to providing all necessary resources to keep students on track with their academic schedules.
